Jack Cowin’s delicate hand-coloured etchings provide realistic studies of animals and objects associated with hunting and fishing. Cowin has established an international reputation for his work among both art lovers, and lovers of nature.
About Jack Cowin
Jack Cowin was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1947. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from Indiana University in 1969 and a Masters degree from the University of Illinois in 1971. His work has been shown throughout Canada and the United States, as well as in Europe and Asia. It has been included in important print exhibitions, such as the New York International Print Forum, “Party Art” exhibitions in Switzerland and special shows at The Museum of Modern Art in New York.
